A family-run creative restaurant in a characterful building outside Brussels, with two guestrooms upstairs for anyone who loses track of time at the table. The chef grows herbs and vegetables in a cottage garden and lets the harvest steer the menu, building dishes around made-to-order sauces and a careful push and pull between spice and acidity. The whole family runs the floor, and it shows in the warmth of the room.
