    A boutique hotel tucked into Kau U Fong, steps from the dining and nightlife packed into Hong Kong's SoHo. Rooms draw on classic Chinese interior design, so there's a sense of place rather than the usual business-hotel blank slate. The lounge spills onto an outdoor terrace when the night calls for it, and the in-house restaurant has earned a following beyond guests. A solid base for the neighborhood, which rewards wandering at almost any hour.
