The kitchen turns out carefully made dishes rooted in French and regional tradition, while the front-of-house team has clearly been at it long enough to give wine recommendations without consulting anyone. Lunch runs a set menu or à la carte; evenings lean into a longer format. The wine list includes a few genuine rarities.
