    Four tables. That is the whole restaurant, tucked inside Hôtel Royal, where the chef plates and explains each course himself, which is either charming or a little intense depending on your mood. This Michelin-starred fine dining room runs on serious French technique: Bresse poultry, Brittany fish, Swiss veal, all handled with obvious ambition. Book well ahead, especially evenings, and treat Bogie's Bar next door as part of the plan.
