The undulating ceiling mimics waves and the lamps look like jellyfish, which tells you something about the ambition before the food even arrives. This is a three-Michelin-star fine dining restaurant in the Eixample, run by Paolo Casagrande under the considerable shadow of Martín Berasategui. The menu threads Basque technique through an avant-garde Barcelonan lens, and the private Il Milione room, for two to eight, takes the whole thing further into ceremony.
