    On the 28th floor of Edifício K1 in Zona Norte, this contemporary Italian restaurant gives tables a 270-degree sweep of São Paulo's skyline, which sets a certain expectation for the food. The kitchen meets it with a menu that folds Italian technique around Brazilian regional ingredients, the kind of pairing that sounds like a pitch but lands on the plate.
