Le 7 is a small cocktail bar tucked inside a hotel near the Tuileries, with four high stools at a marble bar and a velvet banquette that makes you feel like you've wandered into a wealthy stranger's living room. The dirty martini comes out clear as water, since they use olive distillate instead of brine. A small plate of nuts and chips arrives with every drink, and there's a short list of meats and cheeses.
