Tables at this Krutenau bistrot are famously hard to come by, which tells you something before you've even looked at the menu. Lunch runs as a set menu, evenings go a bit more ambitious, and the cooking leans into a quiet eclecticism that slides toward fusion without making a production of it. The dishes are fresh and sharp, the room is friendly, and the philosophers it's named for would probably have stayed for dessert.
