Le Bistro du Clos
Provençal French
Tucked into the left wing of the Maison des Terroirs, a building devoted to regional produce, this is a traditional bistro where the Provençal cooking runs from chuck beef stew to red fruit pannacotta, all of it seasonal and generous. You eat either inside among old knickknacks or under the hackberry trees, both options packed with regulars who clearly never considered eating elsewhere. The open kitchen keeps the whole thing honest.
