The terrace faces the water at Port-Mer, small boats in the foreground and Mont-Saint-Michel somewhere on the horizon. Inside, a 1930s fresco of Saint-Malo port life covers the wall, and the rest of the room leans into chic seaside bistro. Hugo Roellinger runs the place, and the seafood, oysters to turbot to lobster over coals, comes in notably fresh, often finished with the spice blends his family's name is built on.
