    A bread basket opens the meal and a serious dessert closes it, with a Michelin-starred kitchen working the space in between. This is a proper fine dining restaurant with a French lean, the kind Cheltenham has relied on for what feels like forever. The chef's chocolate delice has regulars planning around it. The wine list is longer than you'd expect and kinder to your wallet than the room suggests.
