    Tall columns, cascading florals, and light flooding in from the courtyard garden set the tone before anyone opens a menu. This is grand hotel fine dining at full volume, the kind of room where the service feels choreographed by someone who studied at the Bolshoi. Chef Christian Le Squer holds three Michelin stars and leans hard into his Breton roots, letting coastal seafood and salted butter do the quiet arguing. Dress up; this is not a jeans situation.
