A stone house in the middle of Chambolle-Musigny's vineyards, as deep in Burgundy as you can get. This contemporary restaurant keeps the surrounding terroir close, with a blackboard lunch menu and an à la carte that leans on heritage pork, turbot, and hare à la royale. The chef next door runs the Caveau des Musigny for tastings and bottles to take home, which makes the whole visit feel like a well-organized excuse to drink very good wine.
