A former sailmaker's warehouse on St Peter Port's quayside, Le Nautique has been the seafood restaurant Guernsey locals argue about in the way locals argue about places they'd never actually stop going to. The nautical design stops short of kitsch, and the upstairs window seats put the harbour right in front of you. Straightforward, classical cooking lets the island's seafood do the talking without much interference from the kitchen.
