The terrace faces the Mediterranean so directly that the sea is less a backdrop than a dining companion. This is the fine dining room of one of the grandest hotels on the Riviera, holding a Michelin star, where the chef organizes each course around a single sensory theme, fresh or luscious or unctuous, then plates it with a precision that borders on architectural. Jackets at minimum, and probably a reservation made some time ago.
