The pink façade and green shutters tell you what's coming: a classically French country inn in the residential quiet of Conches, just outside Geneva. Inside, fresh flowers and floral wallpaper set an unabashedly romantic tone. The kitchen turns out traditional fare, frog's legs and sweetbreads done with care and only a light nod toward modernity. The wine list leans generously into reds, many available by the magnum, which is the right instinct.
