A burgundy facade on a quiet street near the Amboise château hides a contemporary bistro that holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. Two old friends from hospitality school run the kitchen, and their Loire pantry is the whole point: Roi Rose pork, local goat's cheese, asparagus and strawberries when the season says so.
