Modern French
A former metal workshop behind the train station, all bare bones and industrial bones, now running two dining modes under one roof: brasserie plates on one side, a more ambitious modern French menu on the other. The kitchen follows market availability rather than a fixed script, so the menu shifts with what's good. Staff know the local wine scene well and are happy to steer you somewhere interesting.
