Les Sources de Caudalie

A thermal spring sits beneath the Château Smith Haut-Lafitte vineyard, which is either a happy coincidence or the most on-brand thing that has ever happened. This luxury vineyard resort outside Bordeaux built a spa around it, running grape-seed treatments alongside the more traditional option of working through the 15,000-bottle cellar. The Michelin Guide awarded it 3 Keys. Rooms are individually decorated, and two restaurants handle the French country cooking side of things.
