This luxury vineyard resort outside Bordeaux built a spa around it, running grape-seed treatments alongside the more traditional option of working through the 15,000-bottle cellar. The Michelin Guide awarded it 3 Keys. Rooms are individually decorated, and two restaurants handle the French country cooking side of things.
