    A 21-room boutique hotel tucked into a quiet courtyard right next to Tours' covered gourmet market, Les Halles, which is a useful combination. The rooms mix antique touches with genuinely modern comforts, and a wellness area adds an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room to the deal. The salon pours wines and cocktails and opens onto the courtyard, so you can sit outside feeling pleasantly secluded while the city carries on about ten steps away.
