    A glass cube suspended over the water in Düsseldorf's Media Harbour, reached by a small bridge, is an unlikely setting for a quiet, focused dinner, yet here we are. Lido Hafen is a modern tasting-menu restaurant where the chef runs five to seven courses built around whatever is actually in season. The room is minimal, the service is warm and unhurried, and wine pairings are available for the full ride.
