    Roast goose leg and braised pork cheek in Prosecco country, where the hills are tidy and the vines run in rows all the way to the horizon. This old-school family trattoria has been running on Venetian tradition for generations, and the dining room feels it, warm and a little worn in the best sense. A vine-covered veranda opens in summer for anyone happy to eat slowly and drink locally. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
