A half-timbered house on Saint-Émilion's old timber market square, this one-Michelin-star restaurant has the plush, candlelit dining rooms you'd expect in wine country and a wine cellar that leans hard into the Bordeaux reds outside its window. The kitchen grows some of its own fruit, vegetables, and honey, which shows up in cooking that's delicate without being fussy. The cheese selection is the kind that makes you reconsider your train time.
