    The open kitchen is the centerpiece of this cozy fusion restaurant in Kitzbühel's pedestrian zone, where the chef works in full view turning out Asian-European dishes with notably good ingredients. The room feels warm rather than precious, daily specials sit alongside the regular menu, and the team has been doing this long enough that regulars have the rhythm of the place memorized. A solid neighborhood find in a town better known for après-ski theater.
