    Parked at the foot of the Streif piste, steps from the Hahnenkamm cable car, this sibling-run inn earns a Michelin Bib Gourmand for cooking that leans hard into the region. Wood and stone everywhere, but the room feels current rather than fusty. Austrian gnocchi with butter-browned sauerkraut and apple compote, house-fermented kimchi alongside the mountain classics. The après-ski corner fills fast once the lifts close.
