    Dark-toned interiors and Alpine lodge bones make for an unlikely but comfortable truce at this boutique hotel in the middle of Kitzbühel village. The lobby gets the dramatic redesign; the rooms stay closer to cozy lodge than design statement, which suits most guests just fine. It leans toward nightlife over wellness, and the crowd reflects that. Both Kitzbühler Horn and Hahnenkamm are right there when morning arrives.
