    Sixty hectares of Kakheti countryside, tucked between the Caucasus Mountains and a quiet lake, with forest trails, vineyards, and over 200 rooms spreading out from what started as a small guesthouse. Lopota Lake Resort holds a Michelin Key. Horses, spa, estate wine from Château Buera, and vegetables that seem to have traveled about thirty feet before reaching the table. The scale could feel anonymous; somehow it doesn't.
