A second-floor taqueria in Del Valle where the built-in charcoal grill does double duty: cooking the tacos al carbon and keeping the dining room warm enough that the breezy patio starts to look appealing. The thinly sliced meats are grilled and then diced before hitting the tortilla, and the arrachera comes with a rosy pink center that argues its case without any help. Vegetarian options hold their own too. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
