A microbrewery that taps new seasonal sours, stouts, and IPAs several times a month, Lua also happens to fly in fresh-caught seafood, because why not. The kitchen, led by a chef who trained at Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago and the Bay Area, turns out Dungeness crab cakes alongside burgers, wings, and caviar. Named after a Staffordshire bull terrier, which tells you the vibe is relaxed enough that nobody's keeping score.
