The menu reaches past that signature into creative Italian cooking with strong Lazio roots, the flavors direct and well-defined without the usual fuss. Downstairs, a pasta laboratory shares the basement with Veleno, a bar for aperitivo or cocktail pairings. A lounge upstairs rounds out what is quietly a full evening.
