Dar Filettaro is a tiny, no-frills spot just off Campo de' Fiori that fries salted cod and not much else worth mentioning. Order the baccalà and a plate of puntarelle, the anchovy-dressed chicory that keeps the fish from feeling like a dare. The tables outside face a slightly leaning church, which is more than most of the neighborhood's aperitivo hawkers can offer in the way of scenery. It made The Infatuation's list of Rome's best.
