Hosteria Grappolo d'Oro
Roman
Tucked into a piazza between Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona, this old-school Roman trattoria has been around forever and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand doing it. The menu reads like a greatest-hits of the city: carbonara, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, meatballs. The room is rustic and always packed, because at this price and in this neighborhood, where else would you be.
