Lufu Nola
Indian
The name is shorthand for "let us feed you," which is a reasonable promise from an Indian restaurant that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand. What started as pop-ups graduated into a proper brick-and-mortar in the Central Business District, where the tandoor turns out garlic-buttered naan and the dosa arrives golden, crisp, and served with sambar masala. The nonalcoholic Curry Nola-da, a pina colada riff with garam masala and curry leaves, signals that the kitchen has a sense of humor.
