The kitchen sources Rancho Gordo beans and makes its chorizo and salsas from scratch, so the menu earns the acronym on the sign. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, it draws a mixed crowd of vegans and carnivores alike, the latter occasionally ordering the smoky, extravagant mixed grill tower. A full bar and open-air patio round it out.
