A food truck parked at a gas station on San Carlos, serving some of the only serious Oaxacan food in the Bay Area. The tlayuda alone justifies the trip: a tortilla imported from Oaxaca, loaded with asiento, black bean puree, quesillo, and three meats, arriving in a pizza box if you order takeout. Eat at the picnic tables while it's still crisp. Memelas, enmoladas, and a menu that reads like a regional education round things out.
