The neon sign and picnic tables say 1960s burger stand, and Falafel's Drive-In has been around forever on Stevens Creek. The family behind it kept the corn dogs but quietly built out a Middle Eastern menu before hummus was something people put on a charcuterie board. The falafel pita arrives saucy and packed, finished with tahini and a sweet hot sauce, and the banana shake has a devoted following.
