Down the spiral staircase from the bar above, a rustic cellar holds a small, simply styled restaurant where the tasting menu arrives as a list of ingredients rather than dish names. The kitchen works out the rest daily, pulling from whatever local produce is worth celebrating, across mixed, pescetarian, and vegetarian versions. Modern Swedish cooking, unhurried service, and a room that manages to feel unfussy without trying too hard.
