The Teppan Room, tucked behind the terrace, is where things get theatrical: a multicourse meal assembled in front of you, course by course. The rest of the room runs on Edomae sushi and robata, with a menu that moves easily between a working lunch and a long evening with friends. The crowd tends to dress the part, though nobody is making it weird about it.
