Manakish Oven & Grill
Mediterranean
Manakish are pizza-sized Lebanese flatbreads, and this fast-casual spot in Walnut Creek has built its whole identity around them. The menu runs from simple za'atar to meat-and-cheese loaded versions, plus wraps, bowls, and kebab plates, with weekend brunch on top. Patterned tiles and Turkish mosaic chandeliers give the room more personality than the format usually bothers with. The San Francisco Chronicle named it among the Bay Area's top Middle Eastern restaurants.
