    The lobby's Ming green marble arrives before you've even found your room, and the spiral staircase down to Akira Back's first UK restaurant makes clear this hotel takes its interiors seriously. A Michelin 2 Keys, Forbes Four Star property in Mayfair's Hanover Square, it holds fewer rooms than private residences, which keeps things quiet in the way only money reliably does. Vivienne Westwood designed the signature fan.
