A graffiti-covered door in an old townhouse courtyard opens into a minimalist dining room where the vaulted medieval ceiling and a counter wrapping around the open kitchen do most of the talking. This is a modern Czech tasting-menu restaurant, named for a 19th-century cookbook author whose volume sits in a display case on the wall. Four courses, a Moravian-leaning wine list, and a Berlin artist's light installations rounding out the decor.
