    A Michelin-starred omakase counter tucked into an unassuming townhouse in Frankfurt's Ostend, where the minimalist room quietly evokes Japan without trying too hard. The chef trained under Yoshizumi Nagaya in Düsseldorf and brings that precision to a set menu of sushi and Japanese-European dishes built on serious ingredients. The sake list is diverse and the staff will steer you through it. Seats at the sushi bar let you watch the knifework up close.
