    A grilled duck dish that has been on the menu since before some of its diners were born anchors this Michelin-starred family restaurant in Girona's old quarter. The parents built it, the kids are now running it, and the cooking sits in that comfortable zone where tradition and contemporary technique quietly negotiate. Elegant without being stiff, and serious about locally sourced ingredients without making you hear about it constantly.
