Sourdough pies out of a wood-fired oven anchor the menu at this laid-back neighborhood pizza spot, where tall ceilings and a light wood and green palette make it feel like someone actually thought about the room. Park City locals fill it nightly, and the open kitchen is worth watching. Sticky date pudding with salted caramel closes things out on a note that has nothing to do with pizza and no one seems to mind.

Meatballs
“Nab a spot with a view of their open kitchen to watch the team at work preparing dishes like a sizzling cast iron skillet with tender meatballs topped with gremolata and Parmesan cheese.”
Michelin Guide -
Sourdough pizza
“The menu has a nice variety but know that the highlight here is their sourdough pizzas, baked fresh in their wood-fired oven (One topped with Calabrese salami, whipped ricotta and hot honey drizzle is a worthy choice).”

Sticky date pudding
“Round out your meal with a square of sticky date pudding topped with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel and candied walnuts.”
