A Michelin-starred contemporary Sicilian restaurant inside a 16th-century palazzo, almost directly across from the Cathedral, and also, yes, a shrine to Steve Jobs: photographs and memorabilia fill the frescoed rooms. The chef, Carmelo Trentacosti, takes classic recipes and tilts them, a caponata turned into a velvety sauce finished with Modica chocolate being the example everyone mentions. Ask about the balcony on your way out.
