A ramen shop in Ikuno-ku where the menu front and back together spell out "all about ramen," which is what the name means. The two poles are a clear, bright chicken soba and a rich, creamy version, and if you can't finish the broth, you can have it poured over rice with Tsuruhashi kimchi. There's also a hidden menu on the reverse side, which rewards anyone curious enough to flip the card. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand.
