Named after chef Matt Baker's late mother, this French-inflected American brasserie inside the Eaton Hotel leans hard into Baker's Houston and New Orleans roots. NOLA-style roasted oysters and crawfish linguine share the menu with smashburgers and Nashville hot chicken, which is either an identity crisis or a very good night out, depending on your mood. The room wears its hotel address lightly.
