  1. Perched on the Malecón clifftop above the Pacific, this Belmond all-suite hotel in Miraflores puts the ocean view in nearly every room. The rooftop pool makes the point more dramatically. Larcomar and some of Lima's most talked-about restaurants are a short walk, so the neighborhood does some of the heavy lifting. Forbes Four Star. Service runs attentive without being stiff, and the club lounge gives regulars somewhere to land.
