    Perched on the Costa Verde cliffs in Miraflores, this boutique hotel looks straight out over the Pacific, which does most of the decorating. The 76 rooms lean into light wood and spa-style bathrooms, with local artwork keeping things grounded. Guests get access to the InterContinental next door's rooftop pool, a neighborly arrangement. Huaca Pucllana ruins and Barranco's galleries are close enough for a proper afternoon.
